1. Make sure you are on the USBartender.com opening page at the following URL address: http://www.usbartender.com/
    
   Click on the upper Flash links for "Home and Login".
    
   A small pop-up window will appear requesting your username and password.
    
2. If your browser can not operate the top flash links, then scroll down the left side for a Manual Text Link to the Members Only site... the small pop-up window should now appear.
    
3. If you still can not view the small pop-up window asking for your log-in information, check the settings on your browser or any firewalls.  This is a problem we can not assist you with.
    
4. Check your Username and Password:
   When a member enters their User Id and Password it is "case sensitive."
    
   Case Sensitive means that each character is read exactly. For example, the lower case letters are different from upper case letters. If you use upper case CAPITAL LETTERS, whether using all upper case letters or a mixture of upper and lower case, or _Spaces_ when entering the Password, it will not allow you to log-in.
    
   Be sure you type your Username and Password with the case characters exactly as shown below. Make sure the keyboard Caps Lock key and the Num Lock key are disabled.
    
   Currently ALL usernames and passwords are in lowercase text (without capitals).
    
   If you received any correspondence providing your username or password showing a capital letter, please notify USBartender's company immediately, and continue to use lowercase text. 

We test our system every time we receive a question from a member. The log-in is tested on separate browsers and is currently functioning properly.  Any problems will be recorded here.
